I. Digital Fulfillment Protocol
Because our products (Talent Profiles, Diamond Briefings, etc.) are digital assets that are generated instantly and provisioned to your private dashboard upon purchase, all sales are final.
II. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Once the "Soul Architect" engine triggers a report, the intellectual property has been delivered and the manufacturing cost of the digital asset has been incurred.
III. Executive Alignment ($497) Exception
For our high-ticket team bundles, a partial refund may be requested only under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 2 hours of the initial purchase.
- No employee intake forms have been submitted or processed by our engine.
IV. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical error where your report fails to generate in your dashboard, please contact jdp@soulblueprintreadings.com for immediate manual provisioning.
